Shipping and secure packaging charges are included in the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) of all artworks for standard deliveries within India. Customers within India will not be charged any additional shipping or packaging fees at checkout.
We deliver artworks across India and to select international destinations.
For international orders, shipping availability, estimated delivery timelines and applicable international shipping and packaging charges will be communicated before dispatch.
Customers may also choose to collect their artwork directly from the Chithiraalayam Gallery by prior appointment.
All orders are processed within 30 business days from the date of order confirmation.
As every artwork undergoes careful preparation, finishing and quality inspection before dispatch, processing times may vary slightly.
For customised orders or special requests, the estimated preparation timeline will be communicated after order confirmation.

International Orders: Delivery timelines vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance procedures and local courier services.

The applicable international shipping and packaging charges will be shared with the customer for approval before the order is dispatched.
Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other government charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges, if applicable, are collected by the respective customs authorities and are not included in the product price or international shipping charges quoted by Chithiraalayam.
